Left a message for customer and sent her an email to please reach out to me so I could further understand the situation. Also requested documentation from the Collision Center regarding her repairs.-Lyza ***
I contacted Mr*** by phone regarding his Revdex.com complaint*** (the insurance company handling his claim) had quoted a seven day turn around on the vehicle. That turn around time was terribly unrealistic, and based on our initial visual damage estimate. Once we
began work on the car it was established we would need to amend and add to the original estimate. This, in combination with some staffing issues we were experiencing at the time, made for the long the period of time Mr*** has been waiting for his vehicle. I let Mr*** know that while the initial day turn around time quoted by *** as nothing short of improbable, the month and half he has been waiting for his vehicle I also found to be unacceptable. I informed him that his vehicle is currently being worked in our collision center, and once complete it would still need to be sent to the *** *** dealership for programing and an alignment, after which we may still have some tweaking left to do. Ray *** (our Collision Center Director) will be giving Mr*** a phone call Tuesday (1/2/17) to give him an update on his vehicles progressHe and I will personally oversee the work done on Mr***'s vehicle for quality assurance. I closed the conversation with Mr. *** by offering him a vehicle to drive while we continue to work on his car. He graciously declined, but has my direct telephone number in the event the need arises or if he is in need of additional assistance or information
