To whom it may concern,I am writing a response to case # [redacted] We have security cameras at this location, which I used to go back and observed the entire service I also discussed the situation with the store manager I watched the entire service from start to finish & saw every part of our service was done properly, including the store manager pumping the oil in the vehicle Another employee followed by cranking the truck & checking the transmission fluid The engine was turned off & that same employee performed the “final engine oil check” as a double check to make sure the proper amount of oil was put in the vehicleVehicle: [redacted] ***Mileage: ***, [redacted] (At time of service) Please let me know if you need anything else from me!
