We have just received your complaints to both the Revdex.com and the *** *** *** ***This is in response to bothThe Revdex.com reference number is ***? We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfactionThat’s certainly not our intentWe want you to enjoy playing our
games, regardless of whether you happen to win or not.? As you know, in the Virginia Lottery modernized its subscription system to an e-commerce model making it more flexible and secure.? Before these upgrades were made, your subscription had to be for 26, 52, or drawingsAll your winnings were held until the subscription ended, at which time we would mail out a physical checkThere were no other optionsYou would then repeat the process, assuming you received the check in the mail.? The new system is designed so the player has full control over their internet accountYou can fund your account and hold a balance for future purchasesYou can purchase a subscription for? your? choice of length ??" anywhere from drawings through drawingsYou can store your winnings in your account, use them for subsequent purchases, or request to withdraw your winnings, as you have donePurchasing tickets and payment of prizes is all electronic, not dependent on the mail.? There’s a lot of added security in this new systemIn order to withdraw your winnings, you need to show that you own the bank account into which you are requesting the funds go.? It ensures that someone has not gotten unauthorized access to your accountThis verification only needs to be done for the? first? withdrawal to that bank account ??" once it is verified as an authorized account for the player, future winnings can be withdrawn without additional proof of ownership.? I realize the additional required steps for the first withdrawal can be cumbersome compared to our old system, but please understand, it’s for? your? protection. It’s definitely not a case of the Lottery not wanting you to have your winningsInstead, we are taking extra steps to be certain that the winnings go where you, the rightful owner, intend them to go.? ? I see that you spoke with a member of our subscriptions team on November If you want, I’ll be happy to answer any further questions you may have at? ***? or? ***?
