The business was responsive to my request for serviceHowever, upon arrival the Technician was wearing a firearmI strongly believe in the liberty to bear arms but question whether a representative from a customer business should openly carry a firearm into personal residencesHowever, what is central to my review was the fact that the Technician briefly examined my thermostat and examined my air/heating systemHe examined the system and concluded that the control panel needed to be replaced at the cost slightly higher than $I decided to seek another estimate and two days later another company assessed my system and quickly determined that: the thermostat battery was expired and was installed incorrectlyTo resolve the problem, I supplied two new batteries and the technician used a small piece of copper wire to insert into the thermostat panelAs a result, the system was turned on and immediately began to cool my residenceAfter this experience I emailed the owner to advise him that my issue was resolved and questioned on how he assessed the control panel as defectiveAlthough his assessment of the problem was not correctHis suggestion to cut my hedges away from the air conditioning units was a good suggestion
