Review: I have Parkinson disease. I have found them online. I have called them to make appointment, Spoke to [redacted]. I have asked her the cost of treatment. She have told me that $250 first visit only.I have and my family went for appointment on Aug 26, 2013. We are on time, I have difficulty to fill up the forms. It took litter longer. I have writing problem due to Parkinson.They took me to the room, one person have check the form and asked me the questions, Then He took me to the other room. The doctor took the physical exam only, nothing else done. The physical done in 30 mins. They have charged $ 750 for that day. I got upset and come home. I have asked them for invoice. They have send the invoice and stated that they have charged $ 500 per hours. They did not tell me before, I should not go there. I have sent the email to them, no reply from them. thanksemail:[redacted],I have got the invoice today, it is not correct .I have asked you on the phone , how much it cost me. You have told me 1st visit only $ 250.You did not told me that you charge $ 500/ hour. I would not come if you told me.Doctor did not spend 1 hour and 30 mins on me. and there was no team. One person checked the paper work and Doctor took the physical exam, nothing has done.Please always tell your clients about your $ 500 fee. You should help me to give me some free visit for treatments.I do not have job. I do not have money. I am sick, I have family to take care.You will have happy life, If you have help sick people. Added $500 + to my bill before sending it to collections, then refused to send me an itemized copy of the bill including all the fees and charges. Attempts to resolve this issue over the phone resulted in being screamed at and hung up on. These are unethical and dishonest billing practices. Avoid this practice.
