Virginia Driveway,LLC / CV Paving &Grading

Virginia Driveway, LLC estimated my driveway work in August of 2017. Assuref me that an asphalt was the solution. The work was done October 2017 and paid the same day. The pavement started to wash out by December. I took photos and sent my request for repair under the warranty. They sent a representative out January 29th 2018. He agreed it needed fixed but said they would have to wait to spring when the asphalt companies started making asphalt. The driveway continued to deteriorate further and in the spring (when I saw other paving companies out paving streets. I called the representative who said there had been a lot of rain but they would get out in a couple weeks. I then received a letter stating they were acquired by CV Paving but would honor all warranties. Nothing happened for weeks when I called the representative said that the owner was out of town a lot with new commercial jobs and he would call me to meet with him when he got back.This never happened . I called and spoke with the representative onJune 6 2018 and was told that I would get a call from the guy who was in charge of paving in 2 weeks I never got a call so I sent an e-mail on June 27th asking for my money back. When they didn't reply I called the RevDex.com and filed a complaint. Still no response. Kirk
