Review: Three separate entities on three ocassions applied for and were approved for a line of credit with VCCC. Scott Mattingley instructed the entities to wire a deposit for LOC. The total deposits received were $14,375. The funding process was supposed to take 2-4 weeks. We waited 6 months and still nothing was happening. We each requested a refund of our deposits. Mattingley said he had submitted the paperwork at the bank for one refund in the amount of $3,000, but that was not true. He did not refund any of the money and none of received a LOC. This is fraudulent and we have been awarded a Judgment in FL which is where we reside. The judgment will be domesticated in VA and handed over to a local attorney to proceed. However, if he would just refund our money this would all be over. We are contemplating filing criminal charges as well. Apparently he did this same thing to someone in IL and went through litigation. It appears that he has done this to many others.Desired Settlement: We want to be refunded our deposits and paid back all of our attorney's fees.
