After reviewing Mr***’s complaint, Financial Center reversed all service charges charges applied to the savings account in question and updated special coding
assigned to Mr*** account ensuring it would not be subject to the monthly relationship charge in the future. We believe we have effectively remediated Mr***’s concerns to his satisfaction. We appreciate the assistance the Revdex.com provides to our community in helping them achieve resolution and improved relationships with their business partners
