Thank you for your feedback, as on 7/31/17 we have a new voicemail set up and a bigger sign on our front door. On Sat 22 costumer drop her phone around 12:30pm my employee told her it will take 1:30 to get it done.My employee closed at 5pm on Sat like every Sat for the past 4 years..I did not say...

that I didn't believe her, and I told costumer that she went to the restroom around 4pm which it will never take more then 10 min and we put a sign on our door, the bathroom is in the back of our office. costumer response was your employee couldn't wait 30 min. keep in mind my employee is here sense 11am. This's a small business with 3 employees including my son and me. We only need 1 person at a time in the office. I was out of the country with my son and my employee couldn't work, reason why it was closed Monday the 24 Been a small business things like this can happened I try to keep them as minimal as possible, on Tuesday 25 we open 10am-6pm first thing my employee did was return calls were she spoke with the costumer and they send someone to pick up the phone around 5pm. On 26 the costumer call I talk to her, she demanded a full refund which I try to explain to her why I couldn't give here a refund. Costumer said she was gonna come to the shop which I was ok with that, until she told me she was gonna come in and go crazy also she was gonna report that I stoled her phone which is not correct because they came for it on the 25 I check the store phone and I notice that she called on Sat 3 times 1 at 5:12 and 2 at 5:13 so I ask her why would you call at 5:12 and 2 times at 5:13 ? which she answer "I call many times from my phone' she sure did 3 times. I offer a free tempered glass and a free case for the inconvenience of me being closed Monday. service was render phone was ready the same day. Costumer are responsable to pick up there devices..
