I bought a new Viper VTX10 esc and a VST 13.5 motor combo from my local hobby shop on 10/08/2013. About 5-6 days later I had issues with the motor getting hot and shutting down, as per Viper's request, it was sent in for a warranty check and service. They([redacted])found nothing wrong with the motor and sent it back. While the motor was being "checked" out, I bought another VTX10 esc to have as a spare or in case something was wrong with the first one. When the motor was returned it was still having problems and I contacted [redacted] from Viper and he had me try multiple settings on the esc to see if these changes helped, they didn't. [redacted] finally told me to send in all three products and he would return three new products to me. Now...he isn't replying to my emails and I have no idea what is going on. Below is an email directly from him...Viper emailNov 9 (7 days ago)to me I am at the track myself and can't download the video. But this is just beyond crazy. I have never seen anyone have this many different issues in the 4 years I have been with Viper. Even developing prototype pieces we never saw issues like this. There is something beyond strange here. If you send me everything you have from Viper I will send you a brand new piece for whatever I receive. None of this makes any sense. I can't wait to get these items. Can you please right down the exact set up in you viper speed controls and tell me what batteries, radio, and receiver you use. I am going to make sure I have ever piece you do to duplicate what you are seeing. I apologize that you are having any type of issue with our product. I have never seen anything like this. But we [redacted] get you going and winning as best we can [redacted]/ViperSent from [redacted]'s iPhone
