VIP Taxi

When calling to book a ride, the agents are rude and very unprofessional. They tend to talk over you when you are trying to explain something. I have attempted to call and/or talk to supervisor and they put me on hold for a long time and then hang up on me. They book rides that are not scheduled. I have booked rides for other people due to language barrier and they give me a hard time. O have asked for accommodations and they refuse. They don't care if they lose customers, they just simply hang up on you in the middle of the conversation and when you attempt to call back, they answer and once they know you are calling back, they put you on hold and the phone call is disconnected.

We are aware of this compliant.. We never did any work what so ever for him.. Our ladder never touched the area he is talking about.. He complained the exact compliant to home advisor and they found no reason for the compliant.. So they denied his compliant.. We can send you the email they sent us.....

Plus, when I was on the phone with him ([redacted]) he got very racist about my Mexican (business partner).. This man wanted us to write a report to him so that he could sue is next-door neighbor... We did absolutely nothing wrong.. JPA Roofing

Review: I took a cab ride, I paid credit card. I was never charged. I called they said card didn't go through. thet are refusing to charge me. I even faxed in credit card authorization form. still nothing. I need this bill paid asap.Desired Settlement: I want to be charged the 17.57 that I owe. that's all.
