This is one of the write up from the installer after assessment As you can see, we did offer to try repair Our customers are provided with our warranty guidelines as well and which they also sign off on the contract. The husband showed us the top mentioned the seam and mentioned the right end of the graphite 3/top You can see where the top has swelled and bubbled on the one endI told him I could remove the drawers and try to run some screws in the top to see if it would help but my understanding and observation I gathered is the customer wanted it replacedI told him we don't warranty water damage Where it's swelling is on the outside of the top which can be verified right against the edge banding so I assure you if you go and put screws in the top, that in time the top is gonna chip off the water damaged part and the edge banding will start to come off
*** *** and her husband had an install in There was a door that needed repair and where the hinge was They had a table top to the workbench that had water damage We responded continuously to both *** and her husband regarding the repairs by having our installers go
and access the damages as well as returned every call One of them being the insall Manager The door was found to be under waranty and we replaced it; however the table top was not under waranty due to the water damage The damage of moisture caused the material to swell and bubble to then separate at the seam We communicated this to our customers They continued to call in attempt to get someone different in our office in hopes to get a different answer They had the option to purchase another top and we could get them scheduled and willing to work them in right away They did not accept this answer We answered and/or returned the call each and everytime I reached out to them personally as the office manager on two different occasions With our owner being out of country, I still sent him the pictures also to ensure we did our due dilligence and did not miss our assessment of the damage Again, we did replace the door

I sent the contract details and contract #[redacted] Dated 6-1-2012. [redacted]
This is one of the write up from the installer after assessment. As you can see, we did offer to try repair. Our customers are provided with our warranty guidelines as well and which they also sign off on the contract. The husband showed us the top mentioned the seam and mentioned the right end of the graphite 3/4 top. You can see where the top has swelled and bubbled on the one end.. I told him I could remove the drawers and try to run some screws in the top to see if it would help but my understanding and observation I gathered is the customer wanted it replaced.. I told him we don't warranty water damage. Where it's swelling is on the outside of the top which can be verified right against the edge banding so I assure you if you go and put screws in the top, that in time the top is gonna chip off the water damaged part and the edge banding will start to come off.
VIP Smart Storage has made contact twice today to ensure Mr. [redacted] that we have every intention of completing the repair. Tim M[redacted] called and apologized to the homeowner for the lack of communication from the office and Trina R[redacted] (Office Manager) contacted him to let him know that she...
would be his point of contact during the repair. We will be there Thursday April 6th or Friday April 7th, 2017. We will post another response once we get closer to repair date. Thank you, Trina R[redacted] / Tim M[redacted] VIP Smart Storage[redacted]
This is not completely true. they did replace the door but the table top does not have water damage in the area of our concern. It is poor workmanship. There should not have been a splice in the tabletop. The person that replaced the door told us they could see it wasn't water damage. Apparently the company will go to great lengths to not honor warranty issues. Any loophole to void the warranty.

We communicated this to our customers. They continued to call in attempt to get someone different in our office in hopes to get a different answer. They had the option to purchase another top and we could get them scheduled and willing to work them in right away. They did not accept this answer.
We answered and/or returned the call each and everytime. I reached out to them personally as the office manager on two different occasions. With our owner being out of country, I still sent him the pictures also to ensure we did our due dilligence and did not miss our assessment of the damage. Again, we did replace the door.
I worked with [redacted] from VIP to install custom cabinets and desks in my workplace and am so pleased with the results. [redacted] was informative and asked great questions to get us exactly the look we were going for. He even designed an area for our bankers boxes, something we never even thought about. He came out twice just to make sure he had our vision right and then [redacted] came to execute it. [redacted] was polite, hard working and stayed in to the night to ensure the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. The results are quality, beautiful pieces that we're proud to show off. I'll definitely be using VIP Smart Storage for all my needs in the future.
Reasently I used VIP smart storage and I was very impress with them, let make it simple they are fast with quality job and very fair price.
I was very happy and I highly recommend them. Others want to do the job with %35 more.
We hired VIP Smart Storage for cabinet and floor epoxy at our new home, and although the cabinets turned out great, the flooring was not. We selected to go with a medium fleck option to save a little money, as VIP's prices were higher than other comparable bids. Big mistake. The medium fleck is extremely uneven, there is a great amount on the stem walls, and extremely varied amounts of fleck everywhere else. They did come back out to grind down the stem walls to "even it out", but there is a definition between the two applications. To make things worse they offered a 5% discount for my troubles.
In a new neighborhood I have seen a few other garage floors being done by other companies, and they simply look better and at a lower price.
We recently had an install from VIP Smart Storage, and the only thing that was smart is in their name. The designer [redacted] indicated he had "12 years of experience in the design of cabinets," and clearly demonstrated throughout the process he had NONE. When the installer came and looked at his plans, not only did he miss something in our closet, he continuously reiterated that his design was good. The installer kept tearing out his work, and said he has to start over. [redacted] never owned up for all his mistakes and put us the customers with a feeling of regret and disgust that we even picked this company. Due to his errors we had to work many extra hours and another full day to straighten out our home which should have taken only one day for the complete install. In terms of their Mantra Integrity rather than return money to us as they promised for the hotel and dinner they refused and gave us only a partial return. If you want headaches and incompetence provided go with VIP, they sure have plenty of that.
