VIP Resort Marketing

I had purchased another vacation package from a different company which expired. I was called by VIP Marketing offering to reinstate and that reservation options included the RCI, Marriott and Hilton properties, etc. I paid an additional $400 by check to VIP Services for the package which was valid from 09/2014-12/2019. I received a membership card via certified mail sent 2/23/15. This does not appear to be an actual company. Website is not available and on-line research shows no resource to book the vacation time. I believe this is a scam.
