On December 30th, my wife discovered that our garbage disposal was leaking waterWe were expected a full house for new years eve and the thought of managing a bucket or not using the sink was a no-goI was referred to Delaware Plumbing Professionals by Gold Star Services Plumbing, Heating And CoolingI called DPP immediately and got courteous and prompt service, and the dispatcher scheduled me for service the same dayThe window was hours, but that was fine given the last minute natureWithin minsI received a phone call from Tyler Miller, the plumbing techHe said, he'd be at our home in 30-mins., and true to his word, he arrive on time with a smile; he even help with a deliver that was left on our doorstepTyler gave us all the information we need, plus someHe even gave my wife some advice on using the enzyme product to clear our drains from pet and human hairTyler was very open and honest about the problem, how much time it would take to fix, and what it would costOnce we got the "business" stuff done, he was finished with the install and Q&A within minsWow! I was referred to Delaware Plumbing Professionals by Gold Star Services Plumbing, Heating And Cooling. I called DPP immediately and got courteous and prompt service, and the dispatcher scheduled me for service the same day. The window was 4 hours, but that was fine given the last minute nature. Within 30 mins. I received a phone call from Tyler Miller, the plumbing tech. He said, he'd be at our home in 30-40 mins., and true to his word, he arrive on time with a smile; he even help with a deliver that was left on our doorstep. Tyler gave us all the information we need, plus some. He even gave my wife some advice on using the enzyme product to clear our drains from pet and human hair. Tyler was very open and honest about the problem, how much time it would take to fix, and what it would cost. Once we got the "business" stuff done, he was finished with the install and Q&A within 45 mins. Wow! Problem solved within a few hours!!! We'll that anytime.
