I went into VIP Nails & Spa on 03/08/2020
And I had got my eyelashes done and eyebrows also. The lady that did my eyelashes had just finished with another client then had brought me into the Room after I notice she did not change the utensils that she was using from the other client or other eyelashes I notice that she did not wash her hand nor did she put gloves on this was my 1st time ever getting this done I didnt know the Procedure Of how it was done before she had did my Eyelashes or Eyebrows.she told me to laid down on the table to do my eyes she used the same equipment that was used on other client. when I was done I had paid for the services that night I know noticed my eyes were turning really red and were getting Irritated. The next day my eyes were still feeling the same I had called them to speak with the manager to see what they could do for me they said I had to wait till Wednesday for a manager and that she would see what she could do when I asked for the manager's name they would not give it to me or even when I asked for a complaint form. My eyes are still very swollen and aerated and slightly blurry. I tried To take off the eyelashes They are hard to take off. I been in pain sence Sunday night.
