I was looking for a mover to move me and my family from Spring Texas to NY. I got many calls from different movers. The reason I choose VIP is my rep Lisa . she was amazing and took her time to explain everything to me . The price was reasonable and did not change . What she quoted me was the price I paid.
We did need storage for a month and she was able to work in free moth storage with my price. We got our items delivered yesterday and I am very happy overall with the whole experience . Will use them again

I moved from Houston To CA and was contact by many local moving companies VIP moving was not the cheapest but my rep [redacted] walked me through the process and guided me . I am lucky that I went with this company because everything she said was true.
Other movers quoted me on a much lower capacity just to get me to reserve with them . VIP actually came to my home and provided me a free in home estimate. The price they quoted me did not increase. On the date of the move [redacted] and his crew were very professional .
Everything was delivered on Friday and I was very happy with he service and will highly recommend this company

This company get a neutral rating from us. The pick up was great, but everything else was below par. I wouldn't recommend this company for long distance moves.

I had VIP Moving # Storage transport my things when I moved from Sacramento CA to San Antonio Texas. Not only were their services more expensive at the end of the day, they lost one of my boxes. I was the one calling severally before they finally admitted to losing my box. Their staffs were quite rude to me when I contacted them. They lacked customer service. They gave me the wrong number to call to file my claims, and eventually offered me a paltry sum of $45 for a whole box of new items, adding insult to injury.
