VIP Credit Repair

All I can say is from MY own experience is... unprofessional, rude, not humbling at all. Posts of how they will/can check people-man please! They are about collecting not all about the product they advertise. Please stop paying their bills and learn to do the work for yourself. These people didn't earn the respect and trust of many we just don't know about. The work wasn't completed for me, and after months of waiting patiently for things to maybe get better, it didn't, and their own consultant confirmed that my complaint was valid; so I requested a refund through my bank-because they IGNORED my request to them. Chile, they IGNORED the bank too. What I am pissed about-is the false claims of their services. No, business is perfect, but when you have to deal w/this mess-that makes it even worst. I want a refund to put food on the table for someone in need, or pay a utility bill for someone in need...instead they stole from me, with a little TWIST. This is truth, and I have confirmation of what I stated. I really don't mind who don't like it. I didn't just decide to post for not having a valid reason to.

Paid for a Quote and never received it... She continues posting on Social Media how she has processed so many returned but how come you haven’t sent me my info I paid for already? Then Her Employees inbox me on FB messenger always stating I’m looking into it now or she is processing it for over a week just keep lying knowingly wasting my time... Dashany replied to my messages up until I paid for a service them she no longer responds...They are full of s[censored] and I believe most reviews are fake and that’s her family and friends promoting her crap

This company is the absolute worst. I signed up for a promotion they were offering on Facebook for 199.00 which later turned out to be more than that. Against my better judgement I still went forward with the process. A young lady reached out to me to assist with the process, the advisement states 90-100% deletions within 30 days. Today is day 20 and I haven't noticed one changed inquire about the next steps of the process I contacted the young lady who assisted me. I was informed she was no longer with the company and I should contact the Facebook group as per her advice I did. I left a message requesting assistance on the process and was completely made a fool of! the owner put an angry emoji on my comment and basically embarrassed me by telling me she would terminate my account and refund me! how unprofessional is this? never have I ever been treated this way. I was blocked from all communication and aren't sure how I should go about obtaining a refund.

I signed up with VIP Credit LLC in October 2019. After doing research, reading reviews, photos etc I decided to go ahead and invest in a company that would invest in my credit profile. I can honestly say that there's always reps available to assist any time of the day or night. VIP Credit was able to get medical deletions, inquiry deletions, and provided me with the credit relief I desperately needed. As of this day, my credit score has gone up well above 145 points, I've been approved for 4 major credit cards, and was pre-approved for a car loan up to 35k and soon I'll be purchasing a my first first house for my family. What a way to start 2020! Thank again VIP Credit LLC. I'll will always be appreciative.

I enrolled with VIP on a promotion price of 125.00 one time fee for credit repair services of 3 round disputes ON 08/30/2019 which they did provide. I also made a payment of 129.00 on Sept 17th It was withdrawn from my bank on Sept 18th for inquiry removal service which I didn't receive the service for or a refund. I tried to reach out to their customer support team which would always send a email they say to the owners. So I then reached out to the owner Dashnay about my complaints which at the this point I just wanted a refund which I haven't received. I am left without services as well as a lost on money.

I reached out to VIP credit repair LLC. She now has VIP Credit Repair Academy were she train you on how to run a successful credit repair business, and mentor you too. She send me half of the material and when I email her about it she didn't respond. so, I waited a few more days because I though she would be busy, however; three days later. I decide to call her phone to remind her that she did not deliver on her promise. She begin to have an attitude and be rude with me by saying stop calling or, texting her phone because she's busy and to give her sometime to response and that I was being rude for calling her "Go Figure". I explain that it's now 43 days later and I gave her more then enough time to call me as schedule which never happen. She has a system that automates your appointments and when the time comes. She ignores her appointments an takes your money as if you're bothering her At this point I just want my $499.00 back.

My experience with VIP Credit repair was a complete disaster!. It all began when Dashnay posted a question on the VIP group page asking how everyone was doing with the process and asked that we let her know. I responded by saying that she was supposed to call me a month ago but I had not received that telephone appointment with her as promised and that my experience has not been a good one. Dashnay became extremely rude, unprofessional and she prematurely terminated my contract all because my response was not to her liking. She used profanity when addressing me on the feed for everyone to see, violated my privacy by exposing my credit score and the number of deletions she had removed from my credit report on a live feed for everyone to see and when she was finished attempting to bully me on the feed, she removed me from the group, terminated my services and terminated any access to the portal that I paid for that displays any changes to my credit report. I know there are still several items on my report that needed attention but I cannot view my report because Dashnay took all access to the portal away BEFORE my contract ended. Dashnay also began to attack me personally and assumed that I had personal issues at home and that I was taking out on her. She suggested that I was "abnormal" for sharing my views in response to her question. After she booted me from the group page she basically used me as an example and warned other clients of VIP Credit Repair to "not let that be them". I have made copies and have proof of everything I mentioned above from start to finish if needed. Not only was she unfair but she was also condescending and very ugly!
