have not been made, home owner has made every attempt to contact and have the house or a family member accessible when neededLittle to no communication from the contractor and the time line of over a year and ongoing is beyond any scope of practiceBoth customer reps from VIP have moved on and one has personally contacted me expressing their sincere apologies for how things were being handledSo to restate Work scope over a year and on going..Previous contact is no longer with them.All insurance money was paid except reclaimed depreciation for after work being completeI have had to sell the residence as is and take a large loss due to the ongoing scenario above
