In breach of contract and never received purchased vehicle or refund

I paid for a motor and was told they would deliver it and never received it and went to the business two days later and was told that the the motor I bought was broken that's why they didn't deliver it and so I asked for a refund I was told to come back another day for the refund and I came back for the refund another day for the second time and was told there is no money and that they will send me my refund in my account and have been waiting for my refund two day now and have not received anything
