Review: I purchased a Lexon front lip spoiler for my 2012 Lexus IS-F from VIP Auto Salon. I made this purchase on 28 July of 2014 based on their feedback that it would take four weeks to come in. I checked on the status a couple of times and they said they expected it soon. I then decided to purchase a new car in November so I immediately reached out to them to inquire about what is the process required to get a refund because I no longer needed the accessory. I sent emails on 21 November, 12 December, and 14 January 2015 before I finally got a response. They apologized for the late reply because they were moving offices to a new out of state location. They then followed with an offer of products for my new car, but I kindly thanked them and asked to move forward with the process to get a refund. After that response on 14 January, I have not heard from them since. I followed with emails on 21 and 30 January but have not received a response. I have also made phone calls, left messages but have not received a return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like to be fully refunded the amount charged for the product which is $890.00

Review: I paid for "Toms CT 200H W-TAILEXHAUST SYSTEM" amount $ 2335.55 through the website " www.vipautosalon.com on 6/23/2014. I received the invoice through email INV # 62311. After a certain time when I did not receive my product I contacted them through phone but every time I called same answering machine was on and despite of leaving voice mails nobody replied. So I emailed them inquiring about my product. They replied me back that my order is in process and it’s going to take some time to get the items directly from Japan. After a month I contacted them again via email and this time ( August 12, 2014)they replied to my email and also called me ensuring me that they will ship my product in few days . Since then they have neither shipped my item nor reply to my emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I do not want the item now I just want them to refund my money.
