Best thing I can think of is a refund for services since I do not trust the staff to do the work over again
Hello to everyone concerned,The customer in question may in fact have received subpar service from VIP Nails, I can believe that.By walking into VIP nails at the end of Sunday, on mother’s...
day weekend, with no appointment, the situation was primed for a substandard experience.Under normal circumstances, with a normal behaving customer, I do reach out and compensate customers. On facebook, google, and yelp, VIP Nails maintains an ongoing campaign of responses and efforts to recoup and repair customer relations, it is standard policy. This particular customer failed to maintain a level of conduct at the store that would allow us to complete a satisfactory job, there was a lack of communication and patience on her part that was destructive to the process. At no point Ms. [redacted] asked to leave, refused service or overruled, she simply lost patience and left. I am refusing to refund Ms. [redacted] because her actions contradict the implied agreement between a customer and a VIP nail technician- A technician should have the right to repair or redo a service if the customer deems the initial job is unsatisfactory. By denying this particular technician tor any other technician the option to repair or redo the service, the Ms. [redacted] has left us with no means to rectify the situation.Furthermore, we do not appreciate the criticism of our Sunday work policies, the abusive language and the general derogatory tone from Ms. [redacted]. There is a certain level of behavior that we require from customers and she failed to attain that level repeatedly, both in person and on-line. We will not respond and work with people who act like this, simple as that.
