Review: In 2008 Joseph H[redacted] as President signed a letter stating that VinylSeal would remove my mother's phone number from their calling list and place it on their DNC list. Joseph H[redacted] initialed the letter to include the actual phone number. I made them do this before giving them the final check owed to them because I felt they had scammed my elderly mother into unnecessary and overly priced home improvements and I did not want them to call her again. One of their representatives, calling from an "unavailable" i.e. blocked phone number (as per my phone calling log) called that phone number on 1/*/16 at 11:19 am and proceeded to pitch to me starting off with the fact that they had done work for me in the past (and he knew exactly what type of work it was.) This was not the first time they had broken their written promise, but it was the first time they had broken it after my mother passed and I now had control of her telephone number and so can pinpoint the date and time of their call and the fact that they hid behind an anonymous/blocked phone number.Desired Settlement: No further contact by the business.

[redacted]Vinylseal inc . has been closed since 2010. Unfortunately the complaint states the caller used a block number. I can not help resolve this complaint simply because the company is closed and I am not aware of anyone calling the complainant.thank you[redacted]
