I purchased custom windows built by this company, from an installer in Edmonton called [redacted].
The triple pane, low E, argon sliders windows from this company ice up at -20c with a relative humidity of 34.
Humidity means the window is doing its job, ice means the window leaks, hard to believe the CDs sticker on the window saying its energy efficient, my neighbors have the same windows and can feel a draft through them.
I thought Canadian built stood for something, and I was supporting Canadian industry. But all I feel is ripped off !
