Cheap product, no customer service
Order was not as customized or depicted on website. When questioned about the failure they were unwilling to work with me and shut off my ability to leave an honest review. Company is untrustworthy and offers a service that virtually anyone could fulfill, you would think they could put some effort into customer service. Would try elsewhere and avoid a headache.

Took Forever
Ordered them off facebook and 7 months later they shipped out. I would never do business with them again.

Never received my order. Contacted them several different ways and got one response and nothing after.

I purchased two vinyl decals from this company. They arrived late (fine I understand it happens). I went to inspect the decals I had purchased, and noticed they looked flawed. Upon trying to remove the decal from it's backing to put on the vehicle, the decal appeared glued to the backing, and was unable to be removed as it should. Both decals pulled up the backing, ruining the decals from this glue like substance that should not have been there. A decal is supposed to be easily removed from the wax like paper to be applied. Both these were defect, as they were glued on, or adhered in a way that made them impossible to be removed. I took pictures documenting this. I tried reaching out to the company and expected a response within a business day or two as their website states. I received nothing, and proceeded to contact them on their different platforms of social media. I have proof they read my messages on one of the platforms (facebook) as it alerts you when it is read. They read it and I got zero reply, so I messaged again. They read it, and instead of following up on their policy of responding within a day, they made it so I was not able to send them new messages, or view their page. I paid for a product that was advertised to work. Said product was extremely defective, and the business has seen my messages, and instead of replying, decided to block my contact information. The fact they read my messages yet said nothing and decided to block me from contacting their resources they say to contact shows they are a horrible business with foul practices, and are not to be trusted.

I purchased a decal from this company vinyl status it's been over two weeks and I have yet to receive a product I have contact with him via email and Via message off of *** and *** they have yet to return my call but they have taken $16.99 of my money for a product that I did not receive they are scamming people left and right I've seen reviews all over the Internet about this company I would love for you to look into this company and find out why they are scamming people and hopefully y'all can shut them down

Total scam. Don't trust these people. Never received my order. Total lack of communication thereafter.

The VS team worked with me to resolve an issue I had with my order, and sent me extra stickers as well! Great service, fast, and reliable!

Never received my order and they blocked all communications. I strongly suggest Revdex.com takes a look into this company. Total scam.

The product is legit however the customer service is terrible and none existence. When I placed my order I actually opted for expedited service however my order was never expedited (2~3 days) as promised. I received my order after 10 days with regular USPS mail. I sent multiple emails to ask for refund on the expedited service fee and no response. I believe they just ignore all my inquires at this point. If you ever order from them please "DO NOT CHECK EXPEDITE SERVICE" box because it is just free money for them to charge.

Great service! My stickers arrived within 3 days. Amazing!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered my order last Sunday and I got an email that they took my money and my order was placed right away, 8 days later I message them on Instagram about my item and commented and they blocked me and when I texted I never got a response. Oh I also sent an email, got an automated email back saying they’ll email me shorty and nobody got back to me. But all I’m saying is would you trust a company that blocks a customer on social media ?

Never recieved my order

I placed an order on their website on September 14 2017. I received a confirmation email that stated 2-3 day shipping. 1 month later, my order still had not arrived. I emailed the company and received an auto response stating they would respond to my email as soon as they could. I waited approximately another month and emailed again to the only two email addresses I could find for them and no response to this day. I called the number listed on their website and no one answers the phone. They texted me back asking who I was. I responded that I was looking for vinyl status and they said that was them. I provided them with my order number and screenshot of my confirmation email along with my email address and no again, no response. They have had my order and payment for over two months now and I have not received any of the products that I ordered nor has the company communicated with me in any way other than via text message and they are no longer responding at all.

Purchased a custom decal from this company around september and it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't recived what I ordered. I've tried contacting the buissnes a few times now and stil no response.
