Vinyl Me, Please

This is a subscription service. I've been using this service since 2015. For the last 3 months they didn't send me my subscriptions and extras even though I paid for them. All of the order information of what I was to receive suddenly disappeared from their website. Contacted customer service. I got twisted around for 2 months by them telling me it's being fixed and it never was. Finally this past week it was fixed. I received my shipment of 10 records for which I was owed and paid for. Every record arrived extremely damaged. Bent, smashed corners. Seam splits, even one record that was wrong and missing the right one. At this point I was furious. Contacted their customer service again with a lot of choice words that weren't appropriate, but I was patient for 3 months. Their customer service agent told me he wouldn't replace the items and gave me $10 in store credit. Said cosmetic damages are up to them to replace or not. These ruin the value and the collectible aspect of records! This warrants at least a 30% refund, not a dollar per record! But I didn't even want a refund, I wanted to exchange them for what I paid for. I put a lot of money in to this company over the 4 or 5 years and this is how I'm treated.
