The customer emailed us after products for the month of March have already been shippedOur refund/return policy clearly states that we do not issue refunds after products have shipped and due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returnsThe customer was notified numerous times via email
prior to the membership renewing and had the opportunity to cancel prior to it actually renewing

It would appear that [redacted] has already refunded you the amount for the purchase so we're unable to issue a separate refund. Please note, everything in our member store is shipping according to specific time windows. Currently there are no options for expediting or breaking out orders to ship outside of that schedule. We try to show as accurate shipping timelines as possible but they may not always meet your specific demands.

Upon checking out, the estimated shipping windows were clearly stated (which was set to Dec 4 - 10th). No guarantees were made as to delivery timelines as they are subject to the delivery service.
