upon telephone contact with the company, I received information regarding hourly charge and the fact that payment was due at time of service. I agreed and then was told that the service technician would call when enroute. All of this took place and the technician arrived shotly after the initial request and after the return phone call. After explaing the problem I was having, work was quickly started. Everytime the technicians entered the huse, they put on shoe covers & removed them when exiting and then left on the front deck for future use. All work was done in an efficient and timely manner with professionalism and courtesy. They did not take breaks nor loiter. I only have positive things to say about my experience with these people both in person and over the telephone. I would highly recommend them & will definitely use them again if the need arises.
