Our client [redacted], applied on [redacted]th for a loan with our company, for a $[redacted] loan. Based on her eligibility, the client was approved for $[redacted]. We sent her out loan documents. She accepted and signed them. ...

Ms. [redacted] subsequently accepted the email money transfer with her loan funds of $[redacted], shortly there after.
We have a 48 hour, interest free, loan return policy. The client did not return the funds nor did she contact us to cancel the loan.
The client has declined all payments for this loan and refuses to pay back both the principal amount she accepted as well as the fee associated with this loan. We even offered to waive the NSF fees and interest.
This client has not called or emailed our company for payment arrangements or inquiries for the outstanding balances and details regarding her loans.
With regard to the second loan, Ms. [redacted] claims we debited her account numerous times. In fact, she was charged the legal amount and the loan was set up to be paid over a two month period. The last payment for this loan was scheduled for [redacted]th and if it cleared successfully, then this second loan is paid in full. We did not charge her any additional fees or interest for this two month loan.
We look forward to hearing what payment arrangements the clients wants to make with us for the loan funds she requested and accepted.

They did a very good job repairing the damage on my non-metallic black car. The paint matched the factory finish perfectly both in color and in smoothness ("orange peel"). The owner and staff are very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this shop.
