I had put a deposit of *** down for application and decided a week later that I did not want to do the application. I was told the check would be destroyed and a few weeks later the check was cashed. I have been promised my *** returned now for about a month and keep getting the run around on why it has not come in the mail. This has been going on for over a month now and still have not seen my refund.
Refund I just want to get my money back
We apologize for the delay in refunding the $*** application fee. As you are aware, we had a miscommunication in the office with the check being deposited and I sincerely apologize for that. We were sure to keep clear communication and apologize for the delay as the request hits different hands and there was an error trying to find what account the check was posted to. We were never trying to keep your money or hold it from you. We have issued the refund check of $*** for the application fee and there has been confirmation that it has been received.
