in his unit that had been occurring all semester. He said in his email that he hadn't contacted management until that day because it hadn't really bothered him. He asked if he could possibly transfer units or be released from his contract because of these issues. I responded to his email that we could look into transfer units with our Leasing Manager, Kiandra Jones. When any report is made to the office about a suspicion of drug use, a lease violation is sent to the unit. Once that violation went to the unit, [redacted] reached back out on 12/21/16 saying that it caused problems in the unit and he wanted to see his options but that he at this point didn't want to transfer because there might be drug use in other apartments since it is a predominately college housing complex. Again, [redacted] reached out to him to potentially find a place to transfer to and he didn't respond to her email.
We haven't heard anything more from [redacted] since 12/21/16. We will not be releasing him from his contract and will be happy to look at transfer options with him.
Thanks,
