My *** was enrolled in this ***, which he hasn’t attended in about a month. We tried calling numerous times to the *** and got ***s every single time. We stated very clearly in the ***s that our *** would not longer be attending. I got a call Saturday, March 7th from *** at *** saying she was going to email me a cancellation link. I never got the email. The next day, they charged me $119 for this upcoming month. I called and left a *** the next day stating I didn’t receive the email and needed to be refunded. I called again today, Monday March 9th, no a see. I received a call back from *** and I once again explained I didn’t receive an email. I spelled my email address out for her while on the phone and she said she sent it again. I finally received this email and asked for a refund. She declined. I told her I’m not paying $119 for this month when he only attended one *** for the previous month when I didn’t get the email cancellation to begin with. I requested to speak with her *** she said she would need to call ***s first and then speak with her *** about a possible refund which takes 1-2 weeks. This is place is stealing money.
