This restaurant has been advertising in the Entertainment Book and Enjoy discount book for years and refuses to honor the coupons in said books. I believe that the restaurant is using a "Bait and Switch" tactic to lure customers in to the restaurant with these coupons, but then refusing to honor them.

In reference to the complaint flled against us for the Entertainment and Enjoy discount book, the following is applicable. We have tried unsuccessfully for the past 2 years to withdraw from the abovementioned books. We have posted a sign on the door which keeps coming off. We are in no way part of a "Bait and Switch" tactic. As of now, we have finally been removed from the Enjoy book, but are still trying to be removed from the Entertainment book. We are sorry the customer who fled the complaint is upset, but we have been here close to 10 years and value our customers. We would never resort to tricking them to come in.
