For several years this company was reliable with satisfactory work and honest plumbers. In the past year (2013- 2014) the business side of the company has gone down hill. When you call for service, they do not call you back. When you need something fixed (work they previously did), it takes months to get it resolved or it does not get resolved at all. I am sad to say that after using Village Plumbing for 10 years, we are now looking to use a different company due to being frustrated.
