Village Pine

Paid for kitchen cabinets but never received plans, then found out they are not licensed to work in New York state so asked for my money back. There was no contract signed for the work. Was told no - the wood was already ordered. Asked for the wood but told what I had paid would not cover it. Asked for the wood it would cover and told essentially no again. They did nothing and still have my money.
Very unfair and dishonest!
