Village Homes At Granby Ranch

I pre ordered ski rental and lift tickets for this resort. The resort closed due to the Corona Virus. They refuse to refund the money for a service they can’t provide. It is unbelievable that a business would treat customers like this during a national crisis. To top it off the manager said I was rude for telling her I would be contacting the Revdex.com to let people know how they are treating people.
