I am rejecting this response because:I apologize for incorrectly stating that the last issue was on the north side vs south side, but the fact remains that the siding has still not been installed properlyThe delay the last time was due to the weather, and the crew did not come out until it had warmed upIt is very clear from the photos that the latest work was done very poorly, so the house should have never been left looking like it does.If a full refund is not an option, I would like some sort of financial relief due to the number of times the siding has needed to be fixed, and I would also like for it to be correctly fixed once and for allThe amount paid was based on the assumption that the work would be done properly, but it clearly has not. Village is willing to go back out to the house and fix the wavy south side of the house. It will entail some straightening of the wall profile itself, as the wall itself is "wavy". Since we have already used screws to affix the siding on the house, there should not be any more issues with the siding blowing off, except in the case of a tornadoNo financial refund is offered
