This letter is in response to a complaint made by a customer who purchased fertility medications which were received and signed for by the customer on 9/12/After receiving the medication, the customer changed their mind regarding using them and contacted us the next day stating that they wanted to return themHowever, the customer was informed several times before and after receipt of the medications that they cannot be returnedAdditionally, we have the customer on a recorded line which shows that the customer was informed of the return policy, in addition to the literature on our website, and invoices which clearly state that there is a no-return policyAt this point, the customer told us that they would hold onto the medication for later useAt the same time, the customer reached out to the credit card company and had the charges reversedAfter the charges were reversed, the customer took it upon themselves to return the medications, even though they were informed not toHowever, after reviewing our recordings and documentation, the credit card company upheld the sale, and reversed the charges again in our favorI would like to add at this time that the reason we have this policy, is because it is unlawful to redistribute medication that has already been dispensed to a person That being said, the only option for us is to have them destroyed
