Ms***,I am writing in response to complaint *** that was filed concerning Mr*** *** in unit #*** at Lexington Hills Apartments The customer made a complaint about service issues concerning having the locks changed on his mailbox We have provided Mr*** with the
necessary forms to fill in and sign so that we may contract with a locksmith to have the lock changed and provide Mr*** with a new key We are just waiting for him to return the documents to our office so that we can schedule the locksmith.As soon as we receive the documents from the resident and have had the lock changed I will notify you so this complaint can be closed out. Lexington Hills agrees to release Ms*** from her lease agreement prior to the ending date with a day written notice that she will be vacating her apartment home. However, we are not acknowledging any wrong doing on our part. Our maintenance technician that completed Ms***'s
service request said that he did not use her restroom nor did he enter any area of her apartment home that did not have the air conditioning equipment that he was working on. Repairing Ms***'s air conditioning was a process of trouble shooting and elimination prior to the replacement of her condensing unit and inside ac coilsWhile we understand that the repairs to Ms***'s air conditioner caused her a temporary inconvenience it is always our goal as a company and team to ensure that our residents are happy with their home. Ms*** will simply need to deliver a signed and dated day written notice as to when she will be vacating her apartment home. We wish her the best in her future endeavors and in finding a home that she is happy in. Thank you,*** *** ***
