Review: I received a gift certificate for Christmas 2012 for Village Day Spa and when I tried to use the gift certificate I discovered both locations were closed down. When I asked neighboring businesses if they knew where I could find them they said they didn't know where they went. These certificates were purchased on 12[redacted]/2012 in the amount of $250.00Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I purchased a gift certificate for two massages about $80 each and a microdermabrasion for about $120. The Village Day Spa was originally located in Bronxville and was fine. I frequented tis location. [redacted] was the owner . After about two years she opened a spa in Eastchester and Irvington. She advertised on double take deals and sold many discounted massage plans. I also have a double take deals for $100 toward her services. I even called the spa and said that over 200 were sold, she said fine. I called to make an appointment to use my certificates and both business are closed with no forwarding address or telephone number. I sent her a letter and it was returned to sender.
