Miss [redacted] had called to inform us that her male friend had been driving her car when the engine stalled and would not restart. The vehicle was towed to our facility to be evaluated, the technician verified the customers concern of the vehicle...

stalling and not restarting. The technician tested and found that the engine oil level was at the full mark upon arrival and the engine assembly had seized causing the customers concern, the technician recommended replacing the engine assembly to address her concern. In the past we had performed some repairs on the vehicle with it needing others, such as the front wheel bearings were loose and needed to be replaced along with THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BEING ON and THE CUSTOMER NEVER WANTED TO FIX OR ADDRESS THOSE ISSUES because she felt the car was running fine. The repairs and services we had performed in the past were oil change, starter replacement, transmission service, wiring repairs to the pass lock security system, front sway bar links, right outer tie rod end, alignment, transmission cooler lines, and a degrease & dye test to locate the source of oil leaks which were minor leaks. Unfortunately for miss [redacted] we cannot predict internal engine failures causing the engine to seize, also all of the work that was performed had nothing to do with her engine failing randomly. It is unfortunate that miss [redacted]'s engine failed, but the car is her responsibility.
