To whom it may concern:In regards to complaint [redacted] which was submitted on 4/11/2016, the claimant/customer contacted our Customer Service Manager on and stated the following,
Hi To All, To my error, my bank explained the issue of the...

payment. I would like to apologize to RuVilla and Revdex.com. I wish this case to be close. Sorry for the inconvenience that I have caused.If necessary, we can provide you with a copy of the email from the customer but as of today, this claim null and void as the customer did in fact receive a refund from Sneaker Villa, Inc.
