Regaurding to Villa Siena's response yes, the manger mentioned if we wrote a *** review they would not cover 50% of the tow costs but it is anyone's right to speak freely on *** hence why that website was createdWhat they left out was after seeing our *** reviews they never cared to get in contact with my roomate or I to let us know they retracted the $they agreed to payInstead they waited till rent was due (subtracting $120) to give us a late notice stating we owed $AND a $late feeThey also replied to BOTH our *** reviews stating they agreed to pay half the towing costI spoke with them about the late notice I informed them that I would be speaking to a lawyer, after doing so I called the leasing office to let them know my follow up actions, the manger told me if I delete my *** review they will pay half the tow cost and wave the late feeI feel taken advantage of and how they handle business is completely unprofessional.

The offer we made to cover 50% towing cost was the customer service gesture. The customer accepted the offer, not to write a [redacted] review.
