That being said, the taste and look of our Cacao harvest can vary from batch to batch and season to season due to the 100% wild jungle grown nature of this organic, fair trade, pure raw chocolate.Chocolate can melt in transit to you, and we have a Chocolate Shipping Policy on our site notifying our Customers to add Ice Packs when appropriate. That being said, the raw bulk bag of Cacao Paste you ordered is meant to be melted down in low or high temperatures, depending on your chocolate creations. The melting down and resolidifying, or blooming, of chocolate during the shipping process would not significantly affect the efficacy of the product, but can certainly be mitigated by following our online Policy. We're sorry that you did not like the taste of the latest cacao you purchased, but everyone is different and we do not provide refunds or returns on opened product.
