We are a local business here in Yakima WA. and I am the owner of [redacted]. They requested our sales person [redacted] to go down and said they had a problem with their network and wanted to get [redacted] set up from a different network. They were trying to set up their point of sale system from a remote location. After some paperwork they agreed to get the job done. We had 10 hours of labor and services like [redacted] and [redacted] installed to allow their network to be accessed remotely and we set up a [redacted] through [redacted]. After all the work was done we sent them a bill and they denied to pay the bill. After further investigation all the account information had been changed for the services provided by us which includes l[redacted] and [redacted] password and network names. It is as if they watched us do the work and learned it. Then they decided to not pay us and do it themselves. The charges were $** for the Remote Access setup and $** for [redacted] setup, followed by the 10 hour labor charge. Normally we charge ** per hour onsite labor charge but we worked with them and only charged them $** per hour labor to work with them. After the work was done, we received a signed document which has a "Work Order Closing" section which states "I have received all my equipment and I am ( ) Satisfied ( ) Not Satisfied. Which Satisfied was checked and we received a signature stating that they were satisfied with the work done. As a result they did not want to pay the charges even though during the work we informed them that we had a $** labor charge which even then, in the end we tried working with them and offered them a $** labor charge and even then they still did not want to pay. They threatened to report us to the chamber of commerce and that they were accredited with the Revdex.com and a part of the Chamber of Commerce which with a little research, we could not find them accredited with the Revdex.com. Resulting in False Threats.
