Since I have purchase (02/15/2016) Viking Range, I have more problems, Knobs are fall off, they get stuck and hard to turn off the gasThe rubber feet under the grate are falling, so it is hard to move the pots because it does not make grate even, Customer service is very poor, telling me what to do and I have to provide the information to them, instead of how can they resolve my problem sending someone over to look at the product and help me fix it
