muskrat would not be returning, since the trap would kill the animal. Not only that, but when we spoke on the phone, I also stated that it takes awhile for the muskrat to get accustomed to the trap in their territory and there was no way of guaranteeing the muskrat could be trapped. I am sorry you feel that our service technician did nothing. Scott performed a 45-minute inspection on your property and issued you an inspection report of repairs needed to "critter proof" your home along with his other recommendations.  Scott has over 10 years experience with our company. You could not be in better hands.You had been given prices before agreeing to any service along with full explanations as to what we would be doing. Our service technician was at your property a total of nine different times to check the traps for the muskrat. There was no further indication of muskrat activity for four days prior to the traps being removed. The office also did not receive any communication that there was additional activity.In addition, I called you on multiple occasions and sent emails to try and receive payment for the original service call and inspection fee before it was submitted to collections.
