Review: We took the service from Vikas and he prepared the tax return. He provided the copy of taxes and we received the same. We lost the copy of tax return and when we are requesting from him he said this is more then 5 years old record and its not handy. He is putting a drama that their systems are updated and old software are not supporting a new windows 7/8. They are saying they can research in their backup and see what they can do. But he is asking a fees to provide my data.He also said I can get from IRS and I called IRS also. IRS said as this is more then three year old record they do not have a transcript.Why cant he provide a free reports to old client even the record is more then 5 year old.Desired Settlement: need a copy of my old record
