Do not trust [redacted] The warranty he provides you with as a third party is useless. Don't fall for the $[redacted] mandatory administration fee. It is not a required legal procedure, but $[redacted] that goes into his pocket for something he is supposed to do for free as a part of the auto seller's responsibilities. The vehicle he sold me had a blown transmission gasket and transmission fluid pipes. Cost me S1500! [redacted] called the "warranty" and after 20 tries with no answer finally got through. "Sorry, that's not covered," was their response. The vehicles also had rusted-out break back plates and a none functioning emergency break. It was $700 to repair. The vehicle looked fantastic but a lot of problems are hidden with undercoating and an engine steam clean and shampoo. This was the source of rusted out spark plug cables ($150 to repair). The vehicle's engine light recently started to flash and stay lit. Another $375 for a tune-up and an engine analysis. the CV joints in the front end also need replacement. Another $650.
So in short, I have had this vehicle for[redacted] months and have spent over $[redacted]0 on repairs. Thank goodness I talked him down $[redacted] from the price he was asking. [redacted] I would never return to or recommend anyone to deal with or purchase a vehicle from [redacted] and Vii Auto Boutique.
