Vigo Electrical Services

Unfortunately Vigo electrical is the set contractor for my new landlord. Ever since he's set foot into the apartment he doesn't inform on the times that he will be arriving or leaving. He's arrogant does not greet anyone when he walks into your house. He does not pick up his mess after he is done. When asked a simple question he gets aggravated, raises his voice, and has no personable skills in response. While on the job he is on personal phone calls, speaking a language we do not understand. After raising his voice, we asked him to get his tools and leave.. He proceeded to have an exchange of words with us saying we did not own the apartment, we were not his boss, and inciting us to go on ahead and call the cops. We ended up calling the landlord and he left shortly after. This man took advantage of the situation ,since there are only women in the apartment. If you want to get the work done properly, professionally, respectfully don't deal with this person.

Had my electrical panel replaced in March/April 2019) and also GFI's The contractor installed 15 amp GFI in the kitchen and bathrooms and they should be 20 amp (I know this now from the other electrician I hired) I was given a year warranty on the work and when I called Vigo (January 2020) to come check the problem in the kitchen GFI and eventually he came over. Vigo pretty much indicated that I was an *** and did not know how to reset a GFI. Well shortly after that I had more issues and to no avail was Vigo and his side kick *** (his then Sales Rep) were not available to fix the issue. I have had to contact another electrician and now will be out about $500 dollars to correct their error and this does not include the electrical box that they installed and is not to code and I paid them about $1700.00 for the entire job. So now I will be paying another electrician quite a bit of money to repair the work that Vigo Electrical Services, Inc did incorrectly to begin with.
