I had a great experience with this company First off, I called them because of their online reviews (all stars!) and wanted to see if it was as great as others were saying I knew within the first minutes of speaking with the owner, Sacha, that the company was legitimate He was professional, courteous and continually asked me if I had more questions so that I was comfortable with the process Once I started the loan application until my loan was funded, everything that was promised happened I highly recommend at least giving them a call if you need a loan or have questions about hard money A+++
